Kathi, BSN, RN
Kathi has worked in pediatrics and labor & delivery as a nurse in the hospital setting. She recently worked with Alamo Heights ISD as the Health Services Coordinator and the Howard ECC School Nurse. She retired in May 2026. Kathi joined the Heritage Team in 2026 as a substitute nurse for when the nurses needed time away from work. She is now serving as the interim Office Manager.
Kaylee, BSN, RN
Kaylee joined the Heritage team in 2023. She is now the primary nurse for Dr. Cook.
Torie, LVN
Torie joined the Heritage team as a billing specialist in 2011. She also managed our lab before she worked for Dr. Hall for eight years. She is now the primary nurse for Dr. Crews and has worked for him since 2022.

Lori, BSN, RN
Lori is the primary nurse for Dr. Gibson and has worked for him since 2022.
Lauren, BSN, RN
Lauren is the primary nurse for Dr. Tardy and has worked for him since 2026.
Thelma, MA
Thelma is our laboratory technician and phlebotomist. She joined the Heritage team in 2023.
Rocky
Rocky is one of our medical receptionists. She joined the Heritage team in 2017.
Gracie
Gracie is one of our medical receptionists. She joined the Heritage team in 2021.
Amy
Amy is one of our medical receptionists. She joined the Heritage team in 2021.
Ann
Ann is a billing specialist. She joined the Heritage Team in 2023.
Jazzmin
Jazzmin is a billing specialist. She joined the Heritage Team in 2026.
Lori
Lori is a part-time clinical specialist. She joined the Heritage team in 2002.
Lindsey, BSN, RN
Lindsey joined the Heritage Team as Dr. Tardy's nurse is 2022. She now is a float nurse and part-time clinical specialist
